Name

1. An International Association for Hotel Executives (IAHE) has been formed as a subsidiary company under the “International Association of Hotel General Managers (IAHGM)”.
2. These Articles set out the Charter and outline the rules of the International Association of Hotel Executives, which hereinafter is referred to as the ’the Association’’.

Registered Office and Branch Offices

1. The official registered Head Office of The Association is:
   1706, Tower AA1, Mazaya Business Avenue, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE with the parent company’s registered office at 4^th Floor, One Capital Place, PO Box 847, Grand Cayman, KY1-1103, Cayman Islands.
2. Regional Offices, National Chapters and Local Branches established in any country shall include the full name of the Association to indicate inclusion and to confirm their legitimacy.

Duration

1. Corporate entities forming the Association and its subsidiaries and branches (together the “Group”) may have an indefinite registered life.

Intellectual Property

1. The name the “International Association of Hotel Executives”, the logo, and all official designs are protected and registered by trademark law and are solely controlled and owned by IAHGM. 
2. Application for use of these items must be made to the Executive of IAHGM in care of each respective Registered Regional Office.
3. Members shall notify the Executive of any infringement or unauthorised use related to the use of these items that may come to their attention.
4. Unauthorised use of material protected under copyright and trademark will be legally challenged.
